Todd J. Bonlarron, Partner

Todd Bonlarron is the Managing Partner of Capital City Consulting’s Palm Beach County office and a government affairs strategist with decades of experience in county and state government.

He joined the firm following a more than 30-year career in public service, most recently serving as Chief Deputy County Administrator for Palm Beach County. During his tenure, he also served as Interim County Administrator, Assistant County Administrator, Legislative Affairs Director, and Executive Director of the Palm Beach County Legislative Delegation.

Throughout his career, Todd led efforts to secure billions of dollars in state and federal funding for infrastructure, transportation, environmental, and economic development projects benefiting Palm Beach County and its residents. He began his career in Tallahassee working for members of the Florida House of Representatives before transitioning into local government leadership.

In recognition of his contributions to the community, the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners named the Green Cay water reuse education facility the Todd J. Bonlarron Green Cay Learning Center.

Todd is also active in civic and community organizations. He founded West Palm 100 in 2003 and continues to serve as its president. He also serves on the boards of the South Florida Fair and Guardians Credit Union.

Raised in South Florida, Todd earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in public administration from Florida State University.
