Tim Gomez career began adjacent to the State Capitol, where he translated his Political Science coursework at Florida State University into a job with a Tallahassee lobbying firm. He was quickly recruited to work for the Florida House of Representatives, working with the Appropriations Committee on transportation and economic development budget issues.

Subsequently, Tim brought his experience to Miami, working for the Board of County Commissioners in the Offices of Legislative Analysis and Commission Auditor. There, he also worked on transportation and infrastructure issues, assisting the county with major projects and development. He was then recruited by the Mayor’s Office to serve as a policy advisor and legislative analyst.

Given his political insight and instincts, Tim has also been asked to do campaign work at both the local and state level for the past two decades. At CCC Miami, Tim provides government consulting and lobbying to some of the biggest companies and events in Florida, such as the Miami Dolphins, the Miami International Boat Show, the Orange Bowl, the College Football Playoff Series and National Championship Game, and Formula 1.
