A founding member of Capital City Consulting, Gerald Wester is well-regarded as an expert in insurance, healthcare, and financial services issues. Beginning his career as a budget analyst in the Governor’s Office, he then spent twelve years at the Florida Department of Insurance as a Deputy Commissioner with oversight over all regulatory staff.
