CAPITAL CITY CONSULTING HAS ONE OF THE STATE’S LARGEST AND MOST EXPERIENCED GAMING PRACTICES. With a gaming regulation lobbyist team led by Nick Iarossi and Scott Ross, we handle a wide array of complicated gaming issues.  Scott previously served as Director of Government Relations for one of the world’s largest and most successful global gaming and resort companies.

After years in Las Vegas, Scott moved back to Florida and served as Deputy Secretary of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, our state agency that oversees gaming regulation.  Nick has led the firm’s gaming regulation lobbyist team representing a variety of gaming interests for more than a decade.  His portfolio includes: destination resort developer, Las Vegas Sands Corp, multiple Pari Mutuels from around the state, the thoroughbred industry, card game operators, and gaming machine manufacturers.

In addition, Nick and Scott represent the Coalition to Stop Internet Gaming. Gaming regulation lobbyist Megan Fay also oversaw both the Florida Lottery and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation in her role as Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Rick Scott.  Nick, Scott, and Megan all advocate for clients at the Florida Lottery and in front of the legislature on issues involving the lottery.
