Ken Granger is a Partner at Capital City Consulting and an executive branch strategist specializing in state procurement, technology, and agency operations.
He has held senior leadership roles across Florida state government, including Deputy Chief of Staff and Policy Director to Governor Charlie Crist, as well as Chief of Staff, Deputy Secretary, and State Chief Information Officer at the Florida Department of Management Services. His experience spans oversight of major state agencies, including the Department of Health, Agency for Health Care Administration, Department of State, Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Department of Community Affairs, and the Department of Management Services.
Ken advises clients on complex state procurements and has helped secure more than $500 million in contract awards. He is known for navigating the operational and regulatory landscape of state government to position clients for successful outcomes.
In addition to his government experience, Ken has also served as a senior strategy consultant and project manager for a leading technology firm, providing insight into the intersection of business and government.
Ken is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Business and a certified Project Management Professional.
