He focuses on technology policy, state procurement, contract strategy, and go-to-market execution, supporting clients across the global technology sector and Florida government.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Joe held engineering and sales leadership roles across both the public and private sectors. He most recently served with VMware and previously worked with SHI International, Florida State University, and Florida state agencies including the Department of Financial Services and the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
Joe brings a technical and operational perspective to complex government and enterprise technology initiatives, helping clients navigate procurement processes and align business strategy with public sector priorities.
