Special Session Update: Congressional Redistricting focus expands to include Special District reforms

Today begins Florida's Special Session on Congressional Redistricting, as a result of the Governor's veto of maps passed during the Regular Session.

This morning, the Governor also announced that he would expand the call of this Special Session to include reforms to certain independent special districts, including Reedy Creek, within which Disney is located. The Governor's comments (starting around 22:30) and full proclamation are below.
