EACH SESSION, CAPITAL CITY CONSULTING SUCCESSFULLY SECURES MILLIONS of dollars in state appropriations for many of our clients. For direct appropriation to clients or an appropriation to allow a client to compete for business, our experience lobbying for appropriations funding allows us to best position clients for success.
Each legislative session, more than 1,000 special budget requests are submitted for consideration by the Legislature. Under Florida’s constitutionally mandated balanced budget, only a small fraction of these requests are funded and approved by the Governor. However, utilizing our relationships and access to decision makers, Capital City Consulting ensures our clients’ requests are given the utmost consideration, right up until the end of the budget process. Whether it’s lobbying for appropriations funding in healthcare, education, transportation, environment, or general government funding, our knowledge of the appropriations process provides unrivaled results for clients.
