A double Florida State University graduate, Caroline has degrees in communications and digital media studies, as well as a Juris Master with an emphasis on healthcare regulation.
Before her journey into Florida politics, Caroline was a first-grade teacher and Miss Florida USA. She went on to become a finalist at Miss USA, and worked closely with SmileTrain, Best Buddies, and Make-a-Wish during her reign.
Caroline also served as a key staffer in the Florida Senate, advising on policy and budget matters, as well as handling constituent services in the Tampa Bay area. As Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate Budget Chairman, she played a key role in shaping the state budget, gaining invaluable experience with the appropriations process.
Caroline resides with her husband in Tampa, and serves clients in that region and in Tallahassee with legislative, local government, and communications needs.
